RETURN/CHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept CHANGES:
- Please contact us during 3 days from delivery;
- Please send an item back during 7 days from delivery (First day is considered the next day of delivery);
- Product can only be changed if it is received damaged or defects are detected. Please take in consideration that some imperfections are part of design and cannot be considered as defects.
- The product must be sent back via any shipping company in Georgia on the following address: 93/99 King Parnavaz Street, Batumi, Georgia;
- The cost for sending back the product is covered by customer.

TERMS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The change/return is only possible if product is received damaged or defects are detected. If the item is not returned in its original packing pcondition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The value for returned item will be returned during 2-5 business days on the same account from where you have made a transaction. The value will be returned ONLY when the product is received by us and if the item will satisfy all requirements mentioned above.

- Free deliveries in Batumi.
- In other cities and regions of Georgia product is delivered by "Georgian Express". Shipping cost on purchases above 150 GEL is free. The product will be delivered on indicated address by customer during check out. Delivery time by "Georgian Express" is maximum 3 business day.
Shipping costs under 150 GEL purchases for Georgian Express in Georgia is 10GEL.
We offer delivery of products worldwide. In case of international shipping please contact us to calculate shipping cost. The partner companies for international deliveries are "Georgian Post" and "Boxette Georgia".
International delivery time is 7-21 business days. Delivery time may be delayed due to the unexpected cases such as bad weathers, COVID-19 or holiday seasons.
